The story behind Minnesota B.O.L.D. ~ by Wendy.

Minnesota B.O.L.D. started in a coffee shop one winter morning in 2016. I knew of Stephanie LeGros’ reputation as a passionate outdoors educator long before I met her. What I didn’t know is how adventurous and innovative she is, too. That day over coffee, we brainstormed how to best showcase the great state of Minnesota, in WINTER, to the business leaders, VIPs and guests coming to Minneapolis for the 2018 Super Bowl LII.

Combining our individual areas of expertise, we created a series of events to highlight all that Minnesota has to offer. We wanted to get people out of office conference rooms and hotel ballrooms and into the coolest facilities in the Twin Cities – and then get them OUTSIDE to experience Minnesota at its finest. And guess what? It worked! The MN Super Bowl Host Committee picked up our series, re-branding it to BOLD NORTH Excursions and Meetings by Wendy Porter Events, LLC. which they marketed under their banner to Sponsors, VIP's and the 32 NFL Clubs that attended Super Bowl LII. Success!
