Jaime McKenzie Bio

Jaime has more than 15 years of experience in event planning, corporate social responsibility, marketing, communications and partnership management. Jaime has a unique blend of technical and relationship skills that produce highly-rated experiences.


For 13 years, Jaime worked at UnitedHealthcare creating hundreds of internal and external-facing events of all sizes including multi-day trade shows, national sales meetings and volunteer projects while maintaining standards of excellence and ensuring controlled budgets. Jaime has partnered with national corporate brands including AARP and the National Football League and nonprofit partners including Feeding America, VolunteerMatch and the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF). In 2019, Jaime’s events earned a net promoter score of 92, a ranking considered “world class”.


Jaime believes events should make people feel something they don’t forget, which in turn connects them to brands in an authentic and sustainable way.  Jaime succeeds at any project she starts with the client’s goals as her number one priority.
