Darcy Frederick is a skilled senior events coordinator, based in Minneapolis, MN. With over 10 years of experience in the events industry, Darcy has 

supported leaders with various types of events: Corporate Events, Sales Events, Trade Shows, Educational Events, Award Ceremonies and 

Fundraising/Galas. 

Her corporate experience at UnitedHealthcare as a National Events Coordinator, is where she gained experience with large trade shows and sales events, supporting Wendy Porter. Over the past four years, she has been instrumental in the planning and execution of educational events and large-scale fundraising events at Unity Movement. Darcy is highly motivated, resourceful and a creative problem solver with the ability to work well in high pressure situations.  She approached each project and event with a passion for success. 

Darcy has received awards and accolades for her work on numerous events: 

• Recognized for her work on the Unity Movement Annual Fundraising Galas in 2021 and 2022, as well as the Unity Movement Riots to Revival photo book. 
• UnitedHealthcare Bravo Recognition Awards in 2018 & 2019 for Leadership on Seek Clearly Event, Collaboration on Telesales Events, Partnership at the UHC National Sales Conference.  
•  Annual Markey Award Nominee since the inception of the UnitedHealthcare program in 2011. 
• Individual Bravo Recognition Award for work on AARP National Event & Expo, Smart Circle Events, Snow Days Events, Consumer Experience Day, and the Town Hall Events. 

Darcy enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, and traveling often.
